Excellent Product

I had a dispenser like this for years and loved it. When you offered $10.00 off I ordered one. After a very short time it stopped working, after checking it was determined that there was a defect where the soap was leaking into the battery compartment so I returned it. The girl at your store said my credit card would be credited, however she couldn’t order a replacement because it was ordered online. Therefore I would loose the $10.00 sale price so I didn’t order a replacement. I would think you could have given a credit for a new purchase.

Defective product

Purchased on ATK review. The unit is attractive, easy to fill and very useful. Price was high but this is a high quality item and worth it. I do a lot of cooking so this is a must.

The shipper is another story. OnTrac deserves very low score. Item was to take 2 days. Unit sat idle for 2 days in NJ then took a day to move short distance. Another day to Reno plus one more to SLC    day to deliver.
Seller contacted me. Once it is in shipper hands you just have to wait.
