I have half a dozen sensor pumps at my house. Some of them over 7 years old. Never had an issue except onece and Simplehuman immediately replaced it no questions asked. Great product.

Easy set up, love the large soap opening. If you press the +- button too many times it will shut off and you will think the batteries are dead. It's a new feature the old ones didn't have.

Good in theory but have had numerous problems just received new replacements and one of them just keeps pumping every time I check the sink there is soap in it. Good thing is company stands by it's products.

This is a great product, especially if you like to cook and you have chicken, pork or other food particles on your hands! You don’t have to touch the soap dispenser to clean your hands! Love it!!

It quit working after one week - I have had others that quit working after about one year – very disappointed in this one. When they work, they are wonderful.

This sensor soap dispenser is convenient and tidy but I appreciate it most when I’ve been working with raw meat. No worries about spreading germs to the dispenser and it stays clean.

Only worked for 8 months and turned off, tried replacing batteries, still no power, Waste of Money

Works great! I wish that I purchased this a long time ago.

So helpful in our home where we have small grandchildren who need to wash their hands often and helps us to easily wash away all the germs.

Great dispenser, works every time must have in the kitchen. I plan to purchase another for my bathroom.
