The sensor pump is an excellent addition to my counter. It is very serviceable, while being attractive and unobtrusive. It also works exceptionally well.

We purchased three of these. Two of them work great. One dispenses hand soap on the counter top at random times. Suggestions from the company have not helped correct the problem

Works pretty well most of the time. Used to clog frequently, but since we watered down the Dawn soap we put in, it tends to clog less. No indicator as to when batteries are getting low.

Very nice product, looks good and works well. The only things to note are relatively short battery life and the soap is more expensive than other liquid soaps.

This pump is excellent! Its compact enough to sit on the counter, looks good and works great. The pump stops right after dispensing so there is no leaking soap!

This dispenser is wonderful, highly recommend, only issue is it will not release soap into a pot or pan. Not a huge problem I have found work arounds.

This great product had a little issue....BUT, SimpleHuman totally stood behind it and sent a new one....fast. This works incredibly well and we are happy 'SimpleHuman Campers' ;-=). Thank you!

The dispenser does not work properly and I want to return it and receive one that works. Too much soap dispenses and it won’t adjust to a lesser amount.

This is the third Simple Human soap dispenser that I have owned. They seem to last about 18 months and then quit. This new style with the sensor at the top may be better. The customer service is excellent.

The batteries on the First Simple Human sensor pump I had to change every 10 days. I wrote to you and you very nicely sent me another. The new pump drips soaps constantly without putting my hand under it. A good idea if it worked
