Easy set up, love the large soap opening. If you press the +- button too many times it will shut off and you will think the batteries are dead. It's a new feature the old ones didn't have.

If you take hot showers the steam will eventually damage top clear coat finish. Simplehuman exchanged one for me with no issues but I placed it in the kitchen instead.

So pleased with our 8 oz sensor pump we got for our kitchen. It is an easy to fill, dependable and attractive pump. Planning to get 2 more for bathroom and garage sink!

I love the sensor pump. It is very easy to fill with soap and to use. I find I wash my hands even more since I have this product and it is so simple to use!

Since I received the above item, it has, on two occasions, turned on by itself with no one near the sink and continually released soap until I shut it off. I think there is a problem with the workings of this also.

I've purchased many of this type of pump. They've all leaked and made a mess. This one doesn't and looks very modern and stylish and the price is right. I'm 100% satisfied with it!

I have 3 of these and just love them. My husband accidentally bumped the one in our guest bathroom and it fell on the floor and broke, he was in a hurry to get back to our card game. He was so glad when we finally got the replacement one!

The product appears to be well made and carries a 2 year warranty. We find it easy to use and becomes automatic to reach under the spout as you approach the sink. We now have one on each sink in the house

I was given one as a Christmas gift in 2014, no problems, just love it. I gave my daughter 2 an 8 oz and a bigger for her birthday in 2015. The larger one you had to replace. She like hers also. A good product.

Everything we have from simple human is wonderful. This hand soap dispenser quit working, they sent me a new one. Sox incredible customer svc along with great product.
