This great product had a little issue....BUT, SimpleHuman totally stood behind it and sent a new one....fast. This works incredibly well and we are happy 'SimpleHuman Campers' ;-=). Thank you!

The dispenser does not work properly and I want to return it and receive one that works. Too much soap dispenses and it won’t adjust to a lesser amount.

This is the third Simple Human soap dispenser that I have owned. They seem to last about 18 months and then quit. This new style with the sensor at the top may be better. The customer service is excellent.

The batteries on the First Simple Human sensor pump I had to change every 10 days. I wrote to you and you very nicely sent me another. The new pump drips soaps constantly without putting my hand under it. A good idea if it worked

Pump works but doesn't push out the soap. This is my second one, the first one still works well. I have tried all your suggestions. Idl’d like a replacement

So far so good, ordered a few weeks back. Needed something like this for my son especially find it more hygienic the regular pumps. Will order more of this works out

I have only had my sensor soap dispenser for a few weeks, but so far it is great. I have also purchased their trash can in the past... they have quality products and do stand behind their products should you have a problem.

I previously had an earlier model of this product , and the current improvements are wonderful. The motor seems more powerful, the flow rate of the soap is faster, and the adjustable quantity of the soap is much better. It’s perfect!

This is the THIRD time I have not gotten a good sensor pump and this one came under the warranty straight from the company. It only worked for a very short time then stopped. Turns out the batteries were soaked with soap. I am not a happy camper.

I LOVE my simplehuman 8 fl. oz.sensor pump soap dispenser so much that I purchased 3 additional dispensers. I now have one dispenser in each of our bathrooms and two in the kitchen - one for hand soap and another for dishwashing liquid!
