Hi, I bought this speaker less than a month ago and suddenly it stopped working for no reason. I never dropped it or even let water fall on it. My sister-in-law bought the same speaker on the same day as me and hers is working perfectly. I wanted to know how I could touch the product

Love how this cute small speaker is so loud! For the great price I got during the holidays, you cant beat it. Download the JBL Partybox app, youll have fun with adjusting the speaker and setting up the lights, volumn etc. It took me a few attempts to sync the tv, phone and speakers but it is possible! You dont need an Apple TV box. Just login to your youtube app on the tv first, make sure everything is linked to the same wifi and bluetooth is on for all items. And it will sync up after a few tries. I carried this to my family’s Xmas party. It was easy to carry and move around.
