[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Partybox Encore is a winner! It is so easy to get started. I just love controlling it with the app. The bass is amazing and the sound is perfect. It is light enough to move around or take with me as often as I want. It's a great speaker for the beach because it is water resistant. It was a hit at a recent dinner party I hosted. So many of my friends had compliments and that made me feel so good. The speaker has a decent battery life and that is so nice as well. Those wireless microphones are fabulous too! Karaoke anyone? This speaker makes parties so much fun!

The speaker sounds remarkable, considering it’s compact size. I have now paired it with an Encore essential and love the full sound of the pair. The only negative comment is that the heavy metal microphone housings transmit handling noise to the mic element, changing the mic from hand to hand can be heard clearly through the speaker, even with mic level set to approx mid range.

This is a great quality speaker, it is almost unbelievable to experience such a great sound from a portable speaker. But the icing on the cake is the mics, oh my god every household needs this speaker, it is such a fun thing. The mics quality is exception for a wireless microphone and so well built. This is one stop shop for a portable speaker with a great bass & Karaoke machine.

amazing speaker. just bought it at the store. connection is flawless and sound quality is just great. mics are very good sounding with no distortion at all. will have to see how the battery performs over the next few months. just wish there was also an FM option and recahargeble USB C mics - esp. for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful speaker! Don’t let the size fool you... The Partybox encore won’t disappoint. I also own the Partybox 710 and I would say that the Partybox encore is basically a mini version of that speaker. What I really love is that the Encore is able to connect to my 710, or another encore speaker. I really like that it has a rechargeable battery. I used it for about a week until it needed to be charged again. It only took about 3 hours to charge and you can use it while it’s charging. It does have a decent weight to it, which is nice, but may be too heavy to lug around with you for long periods of time. The JBL Partybox app makes it simple to adjust your bass, treble, etc. The microphones that came along with the encore are high quality & connect immediately when turned on. The speaker also has an option for extra bass & punchy bass.... which is my fav! The light show feature makes this speaker really cool. You can also control the lights through the app and setup preset options. Overall I really love this speaker & have been using it ever since I got it. Can’t wait to take it to the beach! Definitely recommend!!!

This is the most amazing speaker, but I don't expect anything less from JBL! It is lightweight and sure packs a punch in sound which is crisp (great bass and treble)! It is also wireless and splash-proof which means that you can use it is very versatile for all of your music needs. I also purchased a Monster "Rockin Roller 360" and there is no comparison in sound, size, and portability. I am returning the Monster it is a brick and the sound is just awful, very quiet and terrible bass/treble! This JBL also includes 2 wireless microphones compared to Monster's 1 wired microphone. Purchase this JBL and you will not be disappointed!
