Please check if the blown sound occurs only when the volume is increased or at all volume levels. If you're using an equalizer, try turning it off to see if it fixes the problem. To further determine the cause of the issue, please try to connect the JBL PartyBox Encore to a different source device, such as another smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc., to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly, try to factory reset the speaker by pressing and holding the "Play" and "Light" buttons simultaneously for more than 10 seconds. After resetting the speaker, it will remove its previous pairings and settings. It will be necessary to pair it again to your device to test and see if the issue remains. If you need more, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.
