the microphone is not working I put the pine cones in and the light just keeps blinking and no voice comes out

This thing sounds great and has more bass than any other Bluetooth speaker I’ve heard . Kills the Bose or Soundcore it’s not even close. Gets so loud

Only had the speaker for 2 weeks and didn’t have the sound or bass turned up all the way to its max and the sound/bass is already blown.
