My daughter bought 2 of these for her Dad , we only use them when we camp so they were stored in motorhome compartment. When camping last week my husband set in one, it broke and landed him on concrete He had bruises and scraps, but being 73 yrs old he hobbled for couple of days Do not buy this chair they are dangerous. They are screwed through plastic that is all that is holding you. When it breaks you take a hard fall backwards. BEWARE

This rocking chair is by far the most comfortable out door chair I've ever owned or sat in. It's very durable, sturdy and has a nice material. I am a larger woman, (300lbs), and I rock in it every day with ease & it holds me just fine. It folds up quick and easy and just as easy to open it back up. It's pretty lightweight for being so durable. I can't wait to take it camping! I definitely recommend getting it if you have been looking at it.

I picked up two of these for my wife and I for kids softball games. They are now being used for our covered patio and are very comfortable to sit in. The frame is very strong and can hold me we no problem 250+ I am kicking myself for not getting two more when they were available in the store.

I initially loved everything about this rocking chair until it began to squeak! It was quiet at first and then LOUD creak with every rock. It’s so loud I’m concerned it’s annoying to my neighbors. I’m less than half the recommended weight and tried WD40. It will have to go back.

My wife wanted this chair for camping. We bought it, and initially liked it. We found it difficult to fold. My wife couldn’t do it, so it became my job. While folding it this afternoon, I became off-balance and fell, folding the chair. My toes were trapped and crushed by the scissor action of the lower bars. The bars have to move closer together to open the chair. To free my toes, we had to cut the chair apart. Do NOT recommend!

I just bought this chair and sat it outside on my patio and "rocked" the evening away! Very comfortable and sturdy. I am not a small person and it's very comfortable and really like the side cup holder. To fold it up, step on the front bar at the bottom, press your knee into the bottom of the seat, press the red button then with your hand on the upper back of it, pull towards you. Mine is brand new so took a little more effort to fold up. Great price for the chair as well!

really like it. this year I have lost over 145 pounds and unfortunately one of the side effects is that I have no padding on my backside, so It hurts to sit in our Rubbermaid rocking chairs on the porch. I got this one on sale, and it was comfortable from the start. so happy I bought it.

The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. I really like the chairs. Shipping was fast and packaged well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to that I ordered 2 blues chairs and Sam's sent me black chairs. While the wrong color did not really bother me enough to return the chairs, it was still not what I ordered. The last time I ordered from Sam's online, they sent me the wrong product.

I have bought at least one per year since they started selling them and they are the most amazing comfortable chairs I have ever purchased! I sometimes bring them in my house. I Love rocking my grandson in the chair! Well made, very sturdy and everyone’s favorite chair!

I saw prior reviews regarding the color shipped in oppose to the selected color by member. Today, I had the same experience. The quest to resolve via chat was not successful, as I waited for a supervisor over 5 minutes then released the chat. I noticed the color I ordered is now not available online. How can Sam's Club selectively send the color of Black, their choice, to me? I will not tolerate their ineptness to me as the consumer!
