Like the couches

Delivered as scheduled and on-time. Technicians were respectful and quick. They got it done in about 30 minutes. I had a party at 3pm and I was worry they won't make it on time but delivery and setup were done by 12pm. The color looks black but I like it with my black rug. Another great thing was the discount. I am so happy I have saved that much to get such couches.

dark brown is really Black

I just received the furniture today. The furniture is black, not dark brown. I am not happy with a Furniture.

Well made but much darker in color.

What happens if you don’t like how dark it is? Just received last night. Way different in color than picture. zipper on left arm of large sofa came in broken and noted on acceptance teceipt

Couch and Chair Ok - Recliner, not Comfy.

Got this today, and perhaps I need to wait for it to break in? Anyway, the couch and love seat seem fine, but for some reason the recliner is probably the most uncomfortable I've ever had. Probably the hazards of ordering online because now to return the recliner, we have to return it all. Wife is happy though so isn't that what makes it worth it?
