Bought online without checking out instore. The color is darker than I expected. Sitting height is higher than old sofa (my feet exactly touch floor). The cushion is very firm, I personally prefer little softer (but others may like it). Good lowe back and head support in upright and reclining mode. It is pretty heavy to move (even to push by few feet). Overall excellent quality and prompt communication.

I bought this 3 pices 2 weeks ago and it’s really good quality material and awesome customer service by 3rd party who delivered and set up. Only minor tears from bottom of 3 seated pice but driver already told me before which I loved it and I accepted the delivery

I gave a this three stars , I think they should inspect everything before shipping an order, our loveseat had broke zippers and a visable stain on it . Now they have to waste time and labor to replace it and my time to be there again for delivery,

The sofas and chair are way too small and hard! I am so disappointed. I am 5’6” and my feet go over the edge. It is a joke to see the men in the family sit on them! It will be a quick return to the store! I would not recommend!

It looks nice but it is not long enough reclining for my husband. The footrest on the relining pieces are not sturdy enough to hold up my husbands legs.

Very comfortable and attractive. I replaced a well known brand with this set and I am truly impressed with the quality of this furniture. Delivery and set up was five star also.

Very Happy with purchase. Seats are firm and comfortable, gray is medium/dark. Leather feels good. Foot rest is not too short. Delivery was excellent!

Overall, a comfortable and solid choice as far as recliners go. The quick pull recliner works well and is easy to access when sitting in the chair. The armrests feel especially fluffy which is a nice treat and feels unique compared to other armchairs. The chair feels like pretty good quality.

This reclining sofa set is amazing! I love how high the backs are for optimal comfort! The cushions are soft and not too rigid as some leather couches can be. It's easy and smooth to recline in for extra relaxation. The set isn't too big which is also nice! Only requires about 5.5" of clearance to recline making it ideal for those wanting a recliner that won't take up too much space.

Overall this piece looks and feels very stable and strong. I like the look and it looks like a top tier chair. Overall I would recommend this chair for someone who wants top end comfort. This piece would definitely be a staple and where everyone would be in the house. Comfort and look is exceptional!
