Omg! I absolutely love this. When I sat down it was like sitting on soft butter. Absolutely amazing!! I want this chair! The price is a bit on the steep side though. Has the perfect amount of cushion. Back support is spot on. Very durable, washable and seems quite sturdy. Wonder if you could purchase recliner separate from the set.

Very happy with the set. Great quality at a reasonable price, very comfortable and just the right size for our new home. We give 5 stars to the delivery and set up service also! We intend to care for it properly by following the pamphlets instructions and hope it lasts for many years to come!

I love this set.

Delivered today. A darker brown than expected, more like a black/brown. Easy to assemble. Looks nice. Firm cushions Disappointed to find that there is a scratch on one of the footrests of the couch . I contacted customer service to see if there is a anything that can be done about that.

Worst experience ever

We purchased this set on Black Friday and got an excellent deal for the couch set. It was an easy process to get the order shipped to our house. It came on time Dec 9th, a few weeks earlier than what we expected, which was great. The company that delivered the couches brought them inside and set them up, which was so helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the color is darker than I expected it to be. I was expecting a dark brown couch, but it looks black, which is fine, but I would have preferred a dark brown, but that's what happens when you can't see the item in person before purchase.
