My experience is that if I don't climb all the way to the center, I fall in one of those dimples in the mattress. I wish the delivery person would have taken my box spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can feel indentations in mattress w/regular mattress pad. Added a 2" Biltmore Hotel Collection mattress topper - now feels like sleeping in the clouds. Or get a pillow top.
