I bought this Kayak in April after looking at many others, I chose this one because it was made in America and had a warranty. I first had trouble registering the product, after many attempts was successful. Seat started fraying apart at the seams within a couple of weeks. I have submitted warranty claim, sent emails, and tried calling many times. It is July and I have not had a single person get back to me. And to make things worse that first month, I purchased two more similar LIFETIME kayaks and told friends and family to buy them. I have had 3 family members purchase similar kayaks and now I'm embarrassed to ask how theirs are holding up. Lifetime needs to get better with customer service and stand behind these products.

I bought just to try it out and see how I like it. The first time I ever took it out it was very stable, and comfortable. It handled waves nice, and tracked well in the water. It was the first fishing kayak I've ever been on. I was worried about being stable, but after a few minutes on the water that went away. So far I'm happy with the purchase. Looking forward to going out again in the future.

I just purchased my Yukon 116 two days ago after using a competitors kayak for a 4 mile float. After the float I purchased my Yukon and used on a 10 mile fishing float the very next day and a 5 mile float today. The Yukon drains well, tracks well and fishes extremely well. I was able to catch many more fish due to the comfort and not fighting the Yukon due to tracking! My Yukon is much more stable and does well in rough fast areas of water. I love my Yukon Kayak! It is very stable. I weight 225 lbs and use this in rivers and creeks mostly. It fishes really well. I added a trolling motor mount and trolling motor and I love it. The seat is extremely enjoyable a blessing to sit in. I went on a 18 mile float and my butt nor back hurt when finished!

Just bought the Yukon 11'6" fishing kayak. Looks good I'm sure it will be a blast . But first I have to go buy a Paddle. Not sure why it wasn't included. I thought it was until they loaded it on the truck for me. Kind of like buying a car without a part for the motor. smh

Bought this kayak a couple years ago. It has been a great kayak. I am 6'8" and able to stand up in it, (although it is a little shaky). The best part is lifetime's customer service. I lost my seat this year, and it is impossible to find the right replacement seat, but when I contacted lifetime they sent me a replacement seat free! I am very pleased with the service, durability, and joy that this kayak brings. I will continually buy lifetime products in the future.

I don’t think I would recommend this kayak. I have had it out 3 times now, it looks like I’ve been using it for a year with how easily the bottom scratches. I use wheels to move it to the water and everything. I take of my kayaks. But I think this thing just gets scratches from being in the water. I have never had a kayak that gets beat up just by being in water. Very soft material or something. The kayak takes on water inside, I believe from the screws where the back wheel is, I have tried to fix this but have only slowed the water coming in down. This shouldn’t even be an issue for a kayak but it is. anyway I have had to place gorilla tape around the places that have been gouged from just being in the water(have not ran across anything or hit anything), this is to try and protect it from its poor quality. I also had to tighten every screw on this thing. Nothing was tight and everything was loose. I say to look around and find a better quality kayak.

Okay, I got this kayak late in the middle of 2021 and got to take it out a few times before winter arrived. Upon receiving the kayak, which I had delivered, there were some noticeable and obvious problems. As the pictures show, almost all the scupper holes were still plugged up and I had to carefully cut out the remaining pieces. Next was that the skeg wheel was completely unattached from the kayak which I believe caused some scratching in transport. There were various sized scratches all over the kayak even though it was wrapped pretty well in bubblewrap and foam. A lot of screws were loose and one of the handles was actually attached in the wrong way. I was easily able to fix the loose screws and adjust the handle so it was correct. The skeg wheel was a bit trickier to get back on but it is very secure now that it is which begs the question of how it fell off in the first place. With all those problems, I have enjoyed actually using the kayak. It is very stable in the water to the point where I have purposefully tried to tip it and fell off before it actually flipped. I am not a small person. I'm 5'11 and around 265 Ibs. It tracks pretty well, though it is very slow. Speed is not the point of this kayak though so that is hardly a problem. I would recommend buying in-store and closely checking it out if you have the option. I did not as everywhere was sold out at the time I was looking into getting one. The skeg wheel works fine for short distances but the small wheel often results in it dragging on the ground. The adjustable footrest work well. The gear tracks pre-installed have some screws that stick out to the point of blocking items being put into the tracks without some minor modification.

After canoeing 1000's of miles I finally reached the other side and got a yak. #1 purchase point made in USA. Great seat, very stable, flows great in the water, looks awesome, and I cannot stop bragging about my new kayak. I did by the portable wheel system, this is a big boat and after dragging it back and forth to the landing a couple of days it was time to upgrade. Highly recommend this yak!

This is an awesome kayAk! I Wanted something that I could stand up in as well as paddle. It does both extremely well. Tracking is fantastic. Overall quality is top notch and customer service is outstanding . My only issue is that it’s heavy and a chore to load in the truck, but the keel wheel really helps. I own two Tamaracks as well... and love this company! Great products at bargain prices. A great buy!
