[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leak proof , air proof, break proof, stain proof... so what did I do? Put spaghetti , shook it and let it fall out of my hands onto the counter. Then I microwaved it!!!! No leaking , did not break (from a small distance, didn’t get the white spot some plastic ware gets in the microwave from food. The lid stays put and nothing leaks into your lunch bag. I can’t wait to get more of these little gems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like most about the Rubbermaid Brilliance 18 Piece Food Storage Container Set is the latch lid design. With the latch lid I do not have to worry if the container gets tipped over or even turned upside down, I know whatever food item that is inside is staying inside. These storage container bases and lids are crystal clear in color with the latches gray in color. This set includes 9 container bases and 9 latching lids, sizes of the containers include (1) 9.6 cup, and 2 each of the 4.7 cup, 3.2 cup, 1.3 cup and 0.5 cup. A plus for me when a container is being used in the microwave I do not have to vent it as they have built in vents. These containers and lids are dishwasher and freezer safe, I have yet to use in the freezer, but they come out of the dishwasher just as clear in color as they went in.

They are made of a nice, thick plastic so I don’t see them cracking easily. The lid is also easy to seal and provides a good seal so that odors do not come from it or get in.

I did try putting soup in it, and it really is leak proof, no leaks at all! It looks like a glass container but is made of plastic so it's light and still looks great! I highly recommend it! Lots of containers seem to be leak proof. But Rubbermaid Brillance really is.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE™ Food Storage Container. It is the perfect size for leftovers/meal for another day. I love the way that the cover locks on and doesn't allow spills. The only downfall for the secure cover is that it is a bit hard to get off but I guess it needs to be tight so that it doesn't leak. I would highly recommend this container to others. I plan on purchasing more as these as they will come in very handy when you have lots of leftovers.

The tight seal and easy fit lid allow for confidence that your goodies are safe and secure. Very happy with these wonderful additions to the pantry. Over 6lbs of rice in one, two large packets of pretzels in another and breakfast cereal in the third. Superior lid lock and seal, finally a container for the home that has it all. With this system, not only can I bring my favorite soups to work but I can reheat them unlatched and make sure it doesn't splatter all over the wok microwave. This product is great for people like myself who love to bring soups and warm lunches. No staining for my favorite tomato soups either.

Not only do they look great they work wonderfully as well. They keep my sugar, flour, pasta, and cereal fresh. I love that I can easily fit a measuring cup in the bigger ones for sugar and flour and they easily fit in my pantry.
