(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product is amazing, super easy to carry in a bag, very light but very strong. It has been.my go to lunch container for work since I got it. Its transparent nature makes me even eat more vegetables. Leak proof, microwave, diswasher safe. It holds itself very well in microwave. This size is perfect too.

I like the more expensive clear plastic containers. But they have started cracking (splitting). I just lost 3 in the last couple of days. I am careful, and follow the warnings, for example I never put them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. Bottom Line: There is a serious flaw in these containers so I will not purchase any more Rubbermaid containers.

And did I forget to mention that the sound of a snapped lid is a mental high as it reassures me that everything is literally snapped in place? This is a must have for everyone and I highly recommend it!

It is a little hard for my little kiddos to open if I send it to school with lunch box items in though. I've had no issues other then the kids not being able to open them easily. And higher priced. But I do enjoy them. Would recommend and buy again.

I first tested the Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE container with water, I put the container on it side over night and not a single leak, I like the clear hard plastic look to it, not like those thin plastic containers. Beef Ravioli is well know for leaving a residue on my containers afterwards, not this baby! I have recommended this container to my Mother In Law because its affordable, Its pleasing to the eye, And i can finally send soup for my sons lunch without worrying about it leaking through his lunchbox.

They are a great size if you are looking for a lunch sized container that you want to store your food in but also go straight into the microwave with. It is BPA free so nothing's leaching out into your food. There's also a glass version if you're still worried about that. The top seems to seal tightly. You can also stack these with the same type of container, bonus!

These were great at the beginning but towards the end (5 months later) I ended up throwing them out. I did learn a few things along the way though... 1. The vent holes are not big enough to vent the built up steam and as a result the lid will warp. I even once had the lid pop off. 2. Even if you pull the lid off and lay it on top to stop any splashing from the food (say spaghetti) the lid still warped. 3. The lid will eventually crack near the rubber seal and eventually separate from the lid. This is cause for concern because it is no longer air tight and I wonder what will grow within those cracks. I usually love Rubbermaid products. I use the premier line and I love it. However, the brilliance line needs to go back to the drawing board.

I wasn't sure one product could do all this but it does and more; you can put it in the dishwasher, freezer, microwave. Doesn't absorb the flavors/odors or stains from foods so they stay clear and keep looking great. Now you can take foods that won't end up all over the inside of your bag!
