I loved that the cover locks to prevent accidental spills. I tried it right away with soup and to my pleasant surprise ...it did not leak! No stains after from the soup and I can clean it in the dishwasher. Live this so muc h I went out and got a couple more. Thanks shopper army for this opportunity yup try this great product. Well worth it

Now that I am older I want to keep my kitchen closet a little more organized. These get the job done with its air tight seal. These aren’t expensive so I plan on purchasing more for other food around the kitchen. I’d highly recommend these to anyone.

Now I can confidently take soups, stews and fruit salads to work with me without worrying that some of it will end up in my purse or bag. The container is really sleek and nice looking and it lives up to it's promise that it is 100% leak-proof. I packed a Turkey Rice soup, threw it in my bag and not a drop spilled when I got to work. I would recommend this to to anyone that cooks and has leftovers or anyone who takes a lunch to work. It's easy to clean too!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The new Rubbermaid Brilliance containers are just what everyone needs! They are completely leak proof, so there are no messes in lunch pails! This container also cleaned up very easily due to its smooth texture. The special vents allowed me to re heat my food without making splatter in the microwave . This is by far the best container I've ever tried and strongly recommended it!

I've used it in the microwave and the vents are super handy plus I heated up my lasagna and it didn't leave stains like some containers . My second time using it was for fruit salad and no leaks!! I have have the medium sized Rubbermaid Brilliance container but it does come smaller and larger. I would definitely reccomend this product .

At first glance I was skeptical about durability, however, a closer look had me intrigued. The snaps that close the lid hide vents that allow microwaving with the lid on possible. The rubber lining the lid is high grade and helps hold its leak-proof seal. I tried it with soup, heating it in the microwave then flipping it upside down and the soup stayed inside! I froze it and it didn't crack! After a weeks worth of packed lasagna, toco, soup lunches and more, there was no staining or bad smells. The best of all, no extra laundry because there was no spillage! Overall the Rubbermaid Brilliance Food storage containers are a win in every way. They are BPA free, light, perfectly see through, affordable, attractive and best of all reliable. I highly recommend this product to all who take a lunch, store leftovers or just need a good quality storage container because one container of its quality surpasses hundreds of its inferior rivals. Lock it, Vent it, heat it, freeze it and clean it, it hasn't let me down.

The containers no longer use 100% tritan plastic. Only the lid is "crystal-clear" now and the bottom container is a cloudy resin. This subsituted styrenic acrylic co-polymer resin is visually bad. The shape of the container is not smooth and the clearness is the same as dirty dish water. The old version was the best. This new resin is not as nice.

I use it when I go to work. It is great for packing lunch. I have been using it for a while and overall it is a very good product. It is definitely worth buying more. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I heard about this container I was skeptical about it, really you can microwave with the lid on, it's 100% leak proof? Even for soup and most importantly its stain resistant? Yeah right! But really, it does all those things and more! It'd 100% leak proof in all the tests I tried. I shook it like crazy, my kids went wild. It even made it through a bumpy walk in a backpack, zero leaks! Yes, it can be microwaved too! Just pop it in the microwave, lid and all, make sure you lift up the handles as that's where the vents are and you have a perfectly microwaved dish! Most importantly, would it be stainproof? It actually is, I used my most staining bright red dish to test out this container and even after sitting overnight, microwaving, and being left out, it washed up nice, I washed it by hand too! This container far exceeded my expectations and the price is actually decent!
