The latches confidently keeps food safe from spills & keeps it fresh. I like its airtight. It's from RubberMaid so you knows it's durable and quality. Loves it!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product is right for me! It's durable and has a lifetime warranty! Can't beat that! I use this product for putting my food into; especially the soupy kinds. The best part is that it won't leak if it's bumped around or squeezed because the container is quite strong and rigid; and there are two locking latches on the sides of the lid. Even though my fingers are yellow from chopping tumeric and garlic, the plastic won't stain or retain odours even if I use it with yellow curry.

It’s lightweight, but to me, that didn’t translate to a good thing - it just feels incredibly cheap. I’m not impressed. Since the container doesn’t feel very strong, I stored things in it that I wouldn’t be sad if they get ruined (i.e. the container cracks) - cucumbers, apple slices, etc. As I said in my glass container review, my one compliant is the plastic handles and the corners - they’re really awkward. Additionally, the design of the mismatched corner shapes don’t make sense to me. They’re easy to grab, but the suction is so strong (which is a good thing, in a way) that they make the container slip out of my hands. Overall, I think this product is an interesting venture for Rubber Maid, but this specific container within this line is a complete miss. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Purchased the 18 piece set to upgrade my mix & match storage containers. These were perfect, as it looked like glass and was crystal clear. I needed something that was dishwasher safe (although I always hand wash) and could be used in the microwave. Six months later, I noticed hairline cracks appearing! I continued to use them, as they were not leaking. But one by one- they found there way to the trash. My restaurant containers have lasted longer than these. Now I'm down to a few usable pieces and back to my mix & match pieces to complete my food storage needs. I love Rubbermaid... but Rubbermaid doesn't love me. Heartbroken.

This product has the best seal I have come across yet! It's definitely air tight and doesn't leak! I wasn't expecting that something so light could have such a good quality seal. As a bonus they stack up easily in the fridge or cupboard to save space.

I love taking soups, stews, and chili's to work, especially in the winter, but have found so many containers leak and leave a mess. Not only did this not leak, it is easy to clean, comes in various sizes, and it is safe for the dishwasher and freezer! it was a little difficult to locate, but I would recommend it and will be purchasing various sizes.

I have been trying to find a good container that is leak proof. This container certainly fits the bill. My kids love taking soup, stew, salads ect The containers I have used in the past did not provide a good seal and would mess up the kids backpacks. The Rubbermaid container is amazing! It really is leak proof!!! Not to mention, you can use it in the microwave plus wash it in your dishwasher. So awesome and easy to use. Very family friendly and this mom gives a huge thumbs up!

They are a perfect size to contain pasta, rice, vegetables, etc. The side locking feature provides an airtight seal for locking in freshness. Each container comes with a well-marked 1/4 - 1/2 cup measuring spoon.

I have already used all of these pieces so many times, from bringing a dish to a potluck in the bigger piece, to keeping leftovers in my fridge in the smaller two pieces. The lids are air tight and easy to snap on, and the containers themselves are heavy duty. They feel almost like glass, but have the durability of plastic. They clean easily in the dishwasher or sink. The only (very minor) downfall is that because of the clips on the lids, they don't stack easily in a cabinet. But, overall they're great quality and I can't wait to buy more!!
