It's lightweight and didn't stain when I put various sauces inside. I used it to heat up some leftovers and kept the lid on which helped prevent splatters. I would buy more and use these as my regular containers if they were more reasonably priced. The only downfall is that you buy these individually and they are pretty pricey.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product is AMAZING!! Other containers, you pop the side tabs up and the lid almost falls off immediately. With the Rubbermaid container, even after releasing the side clasps, you still need to give the lid a good tug upwards to get it to come open !! .. Since I have gotten it a couple of days ago, it has only really held my peanut and tree nut free cookies, but they are still very fresh as if I had just taken them out of their packaging, normally they are starting to go a bit soft and or stale after just a couple of days. My next test with this container is to store some homemade pancake or waffle batter in it for a couple of days to see if A) it leaks and/or B) if the batter forms a thin skin over the top of it from being stored in the fridge.

I am so in love with this product. It's great for anyone who is looking to have a sealed container that does not spill all over the place. The lids lock into place and the rubber in the lid seals the containers very well. They are easy to store and very lightweight. I would recommend this to anyone, really. I love using these to store chips, or leftovers. They're also great for traveling with! I have two little girls that I like to have snacks in the car for, and these containers are great for that purpose. I can trust that they won't spill all over the place. These are good for meal planning pre portioning and saving food reliably. My only issue is that it can sometimes stain with certain foods and over time the lids can sometimes smell from getting water logged by the seals.
