Rubbermaid Brilliance is a beautifully designed food storage container that claims to be 100% leak free, splatter proof microwaveable, and stain resistant. Rubbermaid Brilliance has remained true to its claim through several uses. It has remained leak proof and stain free, despite many microwave reheats! My microwave is clean and Rubbermaid Brilliance remains beautiful and brilliant! Amazing! Brilliant design and highly recommended!

These containers are amazing! I can honestly say that Rubbermaid has come a long way through the years. These containers are made of a thicker plastic so they hold up to dents and dings. The lid has a seal on it like no other I have ever seen. It's like a vacuum seal, it's that tight. The lid then clicks on with tabs to make the containers 100% spill proof. As soon as I got the containers, I put some water in them and literally tossed them back and forth with my husband. Not a drop was spilled from it. That's rather impressive. I also really love how they stack so well in the refrigerator and cabinets so I now have more room because they can be stacked. They are also great for tailgating. You can toss some meat and veggies in them with marinade and throw them in the cooler without worrying that they are going to spill all over the rest of your food and drinks. I've also noticed that my produce lasts so much longer when stored in these containers as opposed to other containers, zip top bags, and especially the packaging the produce comes in. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Really, really impressed with these. The container material is very thick and good quality and not cheap looking at all. Most importantly, they are 100% leak-proof. I tested this with water and several other materials and holding it directly upside down. Obviously, it's important to make sure you've pressed it closed and put the clasps on properly, but for me it worked perfectly. The stain resistance is good too. We tried it with a particularly stinky pasta sauce and there was no residual smell or orange stain. It might stain over time, but every other tub I have stains with sauce on the first use, so I'm very happy. They heat up evenly, are easy to clean and I really like being able to leave the lid on top (open latches) to prevent food splashing in the microwave. I'd definitely buy these again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Rubbermaid Brilliance container is clear which is great for viewing what you stored in it. They stack beautifully in the fridge/cupboard. It did not leak when I tested/used it though one of the locking handles kept coming loose. And the best part is that lid removal is a breeze! I would highly recommend trying one out. I will be on the lookout for smaller and larger containers to add to my cupboard.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was able to test out the new Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage container and I absolutely loved it!! Not only is it microwave and dishwasher safe but it's stain resistant, 100% completely leak proof and it has built in vents for even heating and splatter resistance. This product is perfect for anyone that always has left overs, does meal planning for the family or likes to pack lunches/dinners to take to work or school. I was able to find this product at my local Walmart and they had plenty in stock! As soon as I brought it home I gave it a quick wash and packed it full of my Chinese left overs to take to school with me the next day. When I went to heat my food all I had to do was lift the latches and pop it in the microwave (the vents are located under part of the latches). My food did not spill, and even better it heated up fairly evenly so I wasn't left with food that was super hot in some areas and ice cold in others. I will be buying more of these to replace my aged and worn out Tupperware, that's how much I love this product!! I found no cons, only pros with this product. It is by far the best food storage container I've used to date and I highly recommend it!!!

The lid is really easy to use and creates a tight seal, which keeps the food inside fresh. It’s small enough to fit into my lunchbox, but large enough to fit a large portion. I highly recommend this brand and these containers. So far it doesn’t hold any odors, which is often hard to find in a plastic container.

I purchased these when they first came out. I can't believe these are still on the market. They crack and are not durable and once they stain (which doesn't take long) that's it!!!!! The "look" drives you to them, thinking that at long last you've found something great or a wonderful housewarming gift, only to see the reality behind the brands lies. This product does not deliver...the craftsmanship is bad and doesn't hold up. Good luck with a refund! Shame on you Rubbermaid!!!???!!!
