[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first S&F was a 'firm'. I tried laying on many of the versions at different stores. Over time, the product had changed on how they are rated. Very high quality product, seems to continue being as supportive on day 30 as day 1. My new one is a 'Medium' however, it seems more firm than my prior. The only negative is that it does seem to retain heat. One model states that it has 'cooling' properties. I didn't see a difference in my testing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at 90, I have slept on many a mattress; this one is the most comfortable yet. With 2 bad hips, I have, at last, found comfort.

We have had this mattress for a little over 2 years and it is the most uncomfortable mattress we've ever owned. It has sagged so badly that there is a raised strip in the middle of the mattress in between us. I feel like I sleep in a hard crater every night. It's awful. Other mattresses we've had have been fine for 10 years.

Three months in now. I weigh 98 lbs. This mattress was easy to break in which is literally unheard of. My dog gives this mattress 5 stars too! Thank you so much Stearn and Foster and to the wonderful two that sold me the mattress when I called them. The young men that delivered the mattress were wonderful too! Happy happy customer here!

My old mattress was about 25 years old. I was always afraid of buying a new one that I wouldn’t like it and let’s be real. They are expensive and a major purchase. The first night I slept on my Sterns and Foster, I had a hard time turning and sleeping. It felt too soft, but by the end of the week I fell in love! It cushions my 86 year old body in just the right places. I just wish I had bought it sooner.

Took about a week to get use to my new mattress. It felt much too soft at first, but I slowly got used to it and then started to look forward to bedtime! Trouble is now I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. It cradles my body in all the right places and eases painful muscles. I am 86 and have a bad shoulder. My old mattress was 25 years old and I was afraid to buy a new one in case I didn’t like it. I knew Sterns and Foster had a great reputation so I reluctantly made the purchase. Every morning I am so glad I did. I love my new mattress!

So comfortable, the perfect medium top and little to no motion sensing. I love it!

I am 80 years old and changed from my other mattress because I wanted one that was more cushiony and a little less firm. This mattress is excellent, actually providing firm support as well as a comfortable cushion feel. I can sleep in any position in complete comfort and good support. I got the medium pillow top Studio with a 9" box spring underneath. It has greatly relieved all my various aches and pains, and is perfect for me. It is a bit pricey but well. worth the expense at my age
