The product itself is fine, but Sam's Club is more than $10 more expensive than other stores for this product.

You can buy a 3 toothbrushes and though them away for the price of the ten pack and they come with 2 heads

Great product...and the price was reduced by $10.00! BUT I paid sales tax on $54.98, not on the purchase price of $44.98...Why? and how often does this occur? It was only 70 cents more, but I have tried to check with State Sales Tax Division, with no result, and when I asked a Sam's employee, I was told "It's the computer that is programmed and calculates the tax." I don't normally notice this issue, but now question other prior sale purchases...Explanation?? I checked out with Scan and Go, but that should not matter.

These replacement brush heads do not work with the Oral-B iO toothbrush, and the packaging isn’t clear enough about that. It’s easy to assume compatibility if you’re not paying very close attention, especially when buying in bulk. By the time I realized they didn’t fit, it was months after purchase, which makes it even more frustrating. The lack of clear labeling around compatibility feels misleading and ends up wasting both time and money. Make sure you double-check that you’re buying iO-specific brush heads—these are not interchangeable.

The brush heads are fine dealing with Walmrt is a nightmare. It took more than 2 weeks to get them.

Great product works very well.

These do not fit the electric toothbrush that I bought at Sam’s six months ago
