This pc is great as a starting PC, it does not get hot and it runs all my games really well!

A must have starting pc

I've had it for a bit and it runs everything from nomal gaming and streaming  to vr and streaming

I like everything about this pc however I cannot get the 3.5 aux jack or headphones to output sound.  Installed the audio drivers per instructions from the motherboards website but still nothing.  Tried using various other drivers including windows generic hd audio driver, played with bios settings and still nothing.  I do get perfect sound with bluetooth audio only but that's a severe band aid I shouldn't have to use.  Going to submit a support request to Ibuypower and Asrock (motherboard provider) for assistance.  If they cant help I'll have to return the pc unfortunately.  All other aspects of the pc are wonderful but without audio its worthless to me.

No Audio otherwise a solid pc
