Love my new PC! Was surprised by how "plug and play" it was for a pre-built. Didn't expect to hook it up and see it take off with no issues on the first try, but sure enough, about 10 minutes after booting it up and going through the initialize process, I was ready to start downloading my games and surf the web.

Awesome Gaming PC! Be sure to go to their IBUYPOWER website to update your drivers! I had to do that for my audio to work and then updated the other drivers while I was there. Super easy once you know where to find the drivers. I googled and googled and googled before I found it on their website. You have to search the motherboard on their site and the drivers are all there! Enjoy.

I bought this PC for my girlfriend for Christmas and it works perfectly! I didn’t want to get a PC that isn’t too expensive but also not something that will look ancient. I couldn’t ask for it to be a better fit, if you’re looking to get a good gaming PC then this is it

as my first gaming pc this feels like a good choice to me. the speed of everything is very reliable for the games I play and the graphics this is capable of displaying are higher than I even expected when I purchased it. all in all I think this is a very good pc

I just got home with this and I am already impressed with this computer. It's super fast! I already play CoD, Fortnite, World of Warcrafts and I'm in love with it. Definitely my favorite prebuilt PC I've ever bought! I'm not even sure I will do any upgrading to this. I love it the way it is. I highly recommend getting yourself one of these!

I bought this pc with a very bad feeling in my gut after reading a couple bad reviews, but after unboxing and setup I am proud to say that so far it has blown away my expectation. I was playing on a ps4 so there is a big difference to begin with. It is to me definitely worth the money I spent for it.

I just bought this pc and it came very fast in 2 days. The box was in a Lil bit of rough condition but I was pleased to see that the pc itself was fine. The provider placed the protective foam bag inside the pc to protect it from movement which I really appreciated. Everything has been working great with it so far. It runs smoothly and fast, but my only issue has been with the preinstalled windows 11 not wanting to activate. I am hoping this matter will resolve itself as I have looked up many people having this issue and it resolving. But that is my only complaint so far. Great buy.

I like everything about this pc however I cannot get the 3.5 aux jack or headphones to output sound. Installed the audio drivers per instructions from the motherboards website but still nothing. Tried using various other drivers including windows generic hd audio driver, played with bios settings and still nothing. I do get perfect sound with bluetooth audio only but that's a severe band aid I shouldn't have to use. Going to submit a support request to Ibuypower and Asrock (motherboard provider) for assistance. If they cant help I'll have to return the pc unfortunately. All other aspects of the pc are wonderful but without audio its worthless to me.
