Good deal

This a download NOT a CD. I could have downloaded without the trip to Sam's curbside. Extremely displeased with Turbo Tax AND Sam's. In fact, I could have just used a free online service and at least not felt like I was cheated out of my time and money.

I've been buying this from Sam's club for years.

Excruciatingly bad product and would highly recommend others steer clear of...I have used their online program for years and its become more expensive and worse by the year but this years version has leapfrogged ahead. From the cost to the confusing and headache inducing trauma that comes from transferring your return into the program. Nothing takes the cake more than after completing the painful task at hand does the program automatically default the refund being deposited into the person whose name is first on the returns zelle attached account. When I attempted to change this it was an obfuscating mess which I finally gave up on and transferred the funds back into our joint account. Only thing I’ll say is "Thanks" to Intuit for pushing me into have a tax pro do next years return. Turbo Tax = Awful

Turbo Tax has become a terrible product, I will be switching to H&R Block.

poor information on the download, i called customer support no help at all i return the product is a shame i have used to for more2 decades

Purchased this product at the store of course using the self service line. Unfortunately, no one tells you that you have to exchange this cardboard sheet for an actual product. It was not until I got home that I saw the 6 point font telling you to exchange this with the actual product. The system should flag you, or there should be a sign next to the display. Instead, I get to drive another 30 minutes to go back and exchange it for the actual product.

so i need a new mac to use this software
