Always have used turbo tax and like it very much. Reduced the star power as no cd this year and you must download the program.

The best way to get it done. Having Turbo tax to do my taxes has saved me money. I used to spend time getting my taxes done with a CPA and paying for the service, now I get my taxes done fast and easy using this method.

Used this product for more than 20 years, Its great, we are confident in its knowledge and preparing our taxes. It's just gotten tooooooo expensive for a box with a code to get data online!

Make sure you go to the elictronics department to get the pack with the actual code to activate. Turbo tax itslef is getting more and more of a pain to use. Need to find an alternative.

This software was full of issues had to call for help several times…hopefully it is resolved . Had to manually input info that I had no idea if it was right or not because it was words totally alien to me.

I use Turbotax Premier. Keeps my taxes on my computer vs cloud product. Does the best job of downloading broker numbers. Has both interview and forms modes. Deluxe desktop would actually do the job. Extra fee for efiling state. The $10 credit reduces that fee. But you can print and mail the state with no extra charge. Could be better, such as doing a better job of getting to where a number to affect a box on a form should be entered while working in forms mode. I do think it is the best at the job in that others have more shortcomings. Yes, does require a newer computer. In Windows, that means at least Windows 10. In Mac they draw the line too, as one reviewer pointed out. The reviewer who did not exchange the card for the product before leaving, I could see that. But that is a Sam's thing to improve, rather than a product thing.

I have been buying this product for way over 10 years and the benefits decrease every year. The price does increase. While examing the information on package, I noticed a Real CD is not included. I have had trouble with their type of download before, so I will for different brand.

Very long loading, difficult to use, updates (takes a long time) each time you save and comeback.

They changed the program from previous years, very hard to follow, revìew and use.

Does not work with my TurboTax.com account, Sam’s refused to refund my $90.
