I use this at night. nose gets stuffy when I lay down. one spray in each nostril lasts about 4 hours. so, wake up around 3-4 am and have to spray again. Of course nose drains down throat and some days you spend a bit of time coughing up the flem that went down your throat during the night

Great product! Excellent price! Not a very good container. I purchased a six-pack recently, and the first two bottles that I attempted to use were faulty. One would not spray at all and the other would just drip. So far, the third bottle is spraying properly. Even if all four of the remaining bottles work correctly, at least one third of the package is useless. Seems to be a quality control problem.

O good value for the money. If you take it as a record you only need to buy one of these every 6 months
