Sturdiness is okay. The dream house makes a few noises. The elevator sucks. I honestly think for the price I paid for it was definitely not worth it. I think you are paying moreso for the BRAND and not the actual product. and Assembly was easy... just know that you have to put on little stickers that I honestly think the company could have put on. With all the pieces and little stickers I definitely shouldn't have paid $250 for it 🤦🏿‍♀️they just designed and melted a bunch of plastic into molds label parts and put them into boxes. We the customers have to assemble (which is understandable) and we also have to purchase the batteries (which I feel they could have put in) and we have to stick on tiny stickers. I chose not to let my daughter put them on because I spent entirely too much for the stickers to not be on dishes and ovens and whatnot.

This dream house is all plastic with stickers to decorate! Other houses we’ve purchased were a combination of plastic and cardboard so this one absolutely has my vote. This dream house also fits both Barbie and Chelsea sized dolls whereas other houses are made for smaller Chelsea sized dolls only. My 8yr old, 4yr old and myself all say thumbs up to this house!

My 3 year old niece is OBSESSED with this Barbie Dreamhouse this is all she has been asking for, for the last few weeks. I was a little taken back for the price but I already knew if I would've gotten a different doll house she would not be happy because she knows how to express her feelings and frustration appropriately lol

The Barbie House is exactly as shown. It’s a decently sturdy plastic house that has several sound components. The price is a little high for the material, but it’s Barbie brand so I wasn’t surprised. The main complaint I have is with the instruction manual. It is HORRIBLY written. Parts are not labeled well and it can be very confusing.

It have many parts for your and you to put it together but am not going to give my daughter hers until Christmas time ⌚ and I know she going to love 😍 it very much because this is what she been asking and wanting for the longest and I can't wait for to see her face when I give it to her.

So worth it! There is so much to this item like a dream come true! There are so many amazing things apart of this updated dream house! An elevation that fits wheel chair Barbie. Plus a slide like one u would ride at the water park! There is so much to play with here It will last hours upon hours! Set up is fairly simple and straightforward which was good! They really thought it out with the additions and updates to the house! Including the pet and pet house!!!

Big, easy/quick assembly, sturdy/good quality. You have to put all the stickers on and put the pieces together-doesn’t come pre-assembled. I also got the giant LOL cutie house and compared to that, this thing is a piece of cake to put together! Took me about 30 min probably. The tables have little raised holes that hold drinks and food plates and stuff which is cool. I’d definitely recommend

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! The button for the elevator to go up and down the track doesn't work; it's stuck on the down position and there was no way to know this until the house was assembled. Our four-year-old is unable to use it and it's the most fun feature on the house. It was a very expensive toy and it's huge. Very unhappy that I paid so much for something that doesn't work properly. Not sure what to do about it.

I was able to put this together for my daughter by myself in about an hour’s time. Instructions were pretty clear, except for the slide. I did have a little difficulty under that part but was still able to get it done. It’s much bigger than I expected! My 6 year old is happy with it. Wish that most of the furnishings locked into place inside the home. There are a lot of “loose” pieces that could and ultimately will be lost never to be found again 🤣

I love it and shocked to the size of the package and the dream house itself. To me it is worth the money we spent for it. It is something that the girls can add to and have it never go out of style. I am lucky to even find one, as one town had none and we had to go 20 miles to the other store in another town. The construction of it took a little time for this mom, but it was really easy.
