I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter's fifth birthday and she absolutely loves it! Despite taking up a lot of space, it's a wonderful toy which encourages imaginative play. Her 8 year old brother likes playing with it, too. She loves the elevator as much as her mother and I did as little girls. Toy is not only fun, but brings back memories.

Barbie dream house I brought as a gift for a little that’s 5 yrs. She’s been talking to me ever since she was 3. I go to her parents nail salon for at least 5 yrs. She’s always so happy and friendly I asked her parents could get her a Xmas present they said yes. She looked at my phone she insisted that she have this Barbie play house . I told to get what she wanted she reminds me so much of my daughter when she was that age. She gave dandelions once and my daughter did the same exact thing when she was in elementary school she would bring those flowers home to me. Mommy I brought some flowers. I would put them in water everyday and then I’d throw them away because brought me more.she wanted it big enough for her friends to play in. I’m assuming it was perfect her. Glad to bring a smile on her face.sorry I can’t give exact details because I had it delivered to their nail salon. They’re Vietnamese don’t speak a lot of English.

this was so easy to put together. just needed a Phillips head screw driver for the battery compart. super tall and well loved. the elevator piece wasn't popped in and no directions but I figured it out. also the door pin for the elevator door is packaged with furniture and isn't noted in the instructions. Took an hour for me, but just call me Bob the Builder. it may take up to two hours for some people.

I have loved Barbie’s since I was a child. And I was wanting to pass that same feeling to my granddaughter. And it has worked. She absolutely loves her house and all the Barbie’s I’ve bought. And don’t even get started about all the accessories. 10 out of 10.

This gift is a little girls dream to have. Our granddaughter was so surprised on Christmas Day to see her large gift under the tree, she couldn’t wait to open it. When it was time to open it she ripped the wrapping off so quickly. She knew her dream had come true. She loved it. Tears of joy ran down her face. She hugged the box so tightly, just staring at it. Unfortunately, she had to wait to get home to set it up. There are over 75 plus pieces to setup.

was much larger than i expected. easy to put together, i followed a youtube tutorial as there are a million and one pieces. when you take them out of the box its seems overwhelming but it all went smoothly and my 6 year old was thrilled!! batteries not included... "even has an elevator that fits 6 barbies" she said.

A Barbie Dream House is every little girls dream. The quality of the product is not so much as Walmarts fault as to Barbie. Price hasn't change much of the years. They were expensive as a kid so as an adult it was expected. But Walmart to save the day and discounted just in time!

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas, it was absolutely the best gift. She is still obsessed with it months later. The quality of this dollhouse is amazing and leaves room for so many options of free play. I love watching her imagination brought to life using this dollhouse.

Putting it up was easy. Instructions low key similar to ikeas. It does have words in one or two steps in small fine print. So many pieces it is best to have amp space to sort everything out first. As I was setting up my kids were playing on it. It was hard to find things lol. It is a bit over 5 feet long and 3 feet tall. Shorter than a 7 year old but taller than a 5 year old.

The best part of this was the very clear directions on how to put it together - my 7 year-old grandson put it together!! His sister helped and they had so much fun putting it together and imagining what they were going to play with once they had it done:)
