bought for a gift, elevator door won't shut, and the button to release elevator sticks!! very disappointed!

Got this for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and she loves it! She’s in her Barbie/princess phase, so it was perfect. It’s bigger than I expected, but overall we’re both happy with it.

It is easy assemble. It is beautiful and detailed once put together.

Took a bit to put together but it paid off with the smiles when the kids saw and played with it
