We have a deck with pavers and a cement surround that needed work. We decided to try this product instead of trying to fix the cement and are pleased so far as it's only been installed a couple of weeks. One of the main instructions from the manufacturer is to make sure your surface is level. Since I had a few low spots that created small pools of water I purchased and applied self-leveling cement. My install was probably not the norm as I have long, narrow strips with curves and this made the job tougher than a square or rectangular area. The cuts turned out okay but a hired professional would have done much better. I "dry fitted" everything before using the seam tape and adhesive making sure the lay-out worked. If I had this to do over again I would have asked for help with the seam tape because it's difficult to keep the blades of turf from sticking to the very aggressive adhesive of the seam tape. This caused my seams to be more noticeable after applying the seam tape than they were with the dry fit. Another person could have helped keep the blades of turf from sticking as you expose the adhesive on the tape. I used both double sided outdoor tape and caulk adhesive to apply the turf to the concrete. The caulk adhesive works much better than the double sided tape in my experience. Our pool has direct sun for 8+ hours a day and the "grass" does get hot but not any more than the pavers or cement. It feels very soft and I'm surprised how much cushion there is when you walk. Overall we are happy with this product and glad we did it. We are next to the beach so I wonder about how much sand will accumulate in the blades and whether it will withstand the coastal salty environment long term.

We put it in a dog run in our yard since having 3 large dogs, the grass was dying where they kept going. We have only had it a month, but it’s perfect. Cleans well with hose/rain. The color also matches our St Augustine grass. No more muddy paw prints in the house!

We bought one this spring to use for dog potty area ... liked it so much we have purchased 3 more pieces. We use it on back patio and have purchased more to put under the swingset. Our dog loves to lay on it - if it is in direct sunlight for an extended time it can get hot. Overall very happy with this grass - have looked around and this is best quality for the money!!

My husband and I bought some in store to do our porch and we loved it so much we went back to buy it but they were sold out! We found it on the website and ordered more! Super soft looks real super pretty!

Arrived early and delivery was wonderful. The gentleman that delivered the turf actually placed it right near where it was to be installed. Unrolled and it was beautiful. Fully installed it looks perfect.

This item has given my backyard a patch of permanent green and I love it. We used it to lay it under and around the basketball pole which has given a clean look to it. Love it!

This grass is beautifully green and after the hurricane it was covered in debris. I just picked it up, draped it over some trashcans and put it back down. Dont have to mow or water it. We have used it before which is why when we decided to cover more area with the grass, we ordered the same type.

The turf is comfortable and beautiful but the one that was delivered obviously has a defect. There is a strip that was singed by the sun after being out in the sun for only one day. I’m looking forward to having this replaced with a new one.

Product arrived first time ripped and damaged so I re-ordered and the second shipment arrived the same way. I will never order from sams club again. I was told that I would get a call in a few days and five days later, NO CALL. Poor product and very poor customer service!!!!

Grass arrived damaged. Before I unwrapped the roll I could see it had melted along one side apparently from getting to hot.
