They glide with ease making the whole process more comfortable. They are great at protecting me at leaks and beings a heavy bleeder these work great for that . I like that its a multiple so when my flow does slow down I have more options.

The reason is that they just get better and better! The applicator is great. Easy and comfortable to use. And I always feel confident, no matter what I may be doing while I am using. I love this pack because it has three varieties in it depending on your flow. I use these specially during pool and beach days. Easy to use but please be careful when inserting because you can cause trauma. Follow directions included in box. I don't recommend these if you are under the age of 18. These can be dangerous if you are too young and inexperienced

I also like the discrete packaging because it does not make any sound when unwrapping the tampon. The leak guard protection really works and I do not any experience leaks while working out.
