Light for light days, medium for regular flow days, and super for my heavy flow days. Just go up or down a size as needed. The pearl tampons are smooth going in and when pulling out. Comfortable.

There are just enough of each absorbency size for your time of the month, plus extras, depending on how heavy your flow is. The box contains 8 light, 18 regular and 8 super absorbency tampons and each is individually wrapped for sanitary purposes and portability. I really like that these have a plastic applicator, so no hard cardboard here, and the string is just the right size and these are also unscented. Another great product from Tampax that I can count on to keep me protected and feeling secure during those times of the month!
