Very worried about too much foam and heat. We did a lot of investigating and felt that Stearns & Foster had a product we could embrace. It has only been a week but the change over has been very flawless. We are both very comfortable and can tell the quality of the mattress is high end. Hopeful we will continue to be happy for many years.

After replacing older mattress, my sleep quality has improved as well as aided in my back pain ,stiff joints and sore muscles. Very happy with purchase and fast delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper and my husband tosses and turns, so with our prior mattress it was rough getting a good night sleep. We are so happy with the new split king lux estate adjustable mattress. It's soft but firm, and we love that we can put our head or feet up independently. Neither of us wakes up with back pain like we used to and most of all, my husband can move all he wants and it doesn't interrupt my sleep. The only thing I don't love about it is sometimes after adjusting each mattress, you have to push it back over a little to the center to push them together. I wish the mattress had a backing similar to a rug for no slipping against the frame so this doesn't happen. Even with that, still great purchase and experience for us! Easy to order online and the delivery guys were great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

I upgraded to the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop in King and it has completely transformed how I sleep. The "firm pillowtop" feel is the perfect balance - supportive enough to keep my back properly aligned, but with that plush top layer that cradles you the moment you lie down. It's firm where it counts and soft where it matters. The King size gives my partner and me plenty of room to spread out, and I've noticed almost no motion transfer when one of us shifts or gets up during the night. The craftsmanship is exactly what you'd expect from Stearns & Foster - it feels substantial and beautifully made, with quality materials and clean tailoring around the edges. A few months in, there's been zero sagging or body impressions, and the edge support is excellent - no rolling off or sinking when you sit on the side. Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.
