It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. But nope, it's been perfectly comfortable from day one (and my back is grateful)! I'd fallen in love with a friend's old old Stearns and Foster mattress (did I mention I have back pain?), so I decided to buy my own, and what a difference it's made. I'd had a 15 year old Sleep Number before, which had broken down and was extremely painful to sleep on. The Stearns and Foster I fell in love with was at least that old and wasn't broken down, thus my decision to purchase one, and look forward to many years of use. From the smooth online ordering to the delivery timing and customer service, I couldn't be happier, so I'd definitely recommend investing in this mattress (for reference, I have preferred a soft mattress before this).

We also bought the adjustable bed to help with my husband's snoring and it is life-changing! We love the split king-mattresses and we are also able to adjust the bed to each of our preferences. I can now sleep in my own bed and get the best night's sleep, instead of having to sleep most of the night on the couch. My husband also loves it as he does not get poked in the arm all night to change positions to reduce the snoring. We are both getting the best night's sleep now. Thank you Stearns and Foster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleeping all night every night for the first time in years. Tried several different mattress over the last 15-20 years and all had a drawback of some kind, but have not seen one from our Stearns and Foster Lux Estate. Very satisfied.

I'm extremely happy with this mattress. After a long day, I feel like I'm melting into the bed. It stays fairly cool, but we had to try different mattress covers that stayed cool as well. The medium firmness was perfect for us as it provides great support for my back, but doesn't provide pressure points. Before this mattress, I would wake up with pain in my shoulder. I haven't had shoulder pain in the morning with this mattress.
