It’s a little tangy but has all the undertones of Asian flavors. Soy sauce, garlic, all the usuals. I think it doesn’t work as well as a dipping sauce as it does as a marinade but overall I love it. I tried this first as a dipping sauce with chicken tenders , and it was far too runny for that. The bottle says it works as a marinade, which is what I’d recommend to user this for. As far as flavor goes, it didnt come off as Japanese.. was kinda lacking depth and umami. It was alright, I’ll probably pass in the future
