Love my watch but don't quite understand how to set it up. Is their someone who can assist me?

*Didnt work right out of box. *Requires are google fitbit subscription. 9.99 a month or 79.99 yearly. *After a very long set up i put it on and went to sleep. The watch did not record anything which is why i got it. *shutdown and turned back on only to see a HUGE red X. Returned the next day. Do not waste your money.
