[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really enjoy my stearns and foster lux estate mattress. i sleep great with this new product. The only problem that i had with this whole process was not being able to get in touch with your customer service dept.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess we didn't realize just how shot the old mattress was until we spent a few nights on the new one. It is amazing. We only made one mistake: when the white glove service guys offered to take it upstairs we should have let them. This is one heavy mattress! We huffed and puffed it upstairs, got it in place and dropped onto the thing. My wife and I agree that we are too old to ever do that again. Advancing age of the occupants aside, the Lux Estate medium is a great night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years we had had enough of our sleep number bed and wanted an upgrade. We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.

This is sort of like the goldilocks bed, it is at both times soft yet somewhat firm (so you don't sink into it like jello) but doesn't feel like you are laying on a brick that has no give. If you like medium, but are more on the plus side, get this one for sure. It does conform a bit over time as you sleep on it but in a nice way not where it feels like you sink into it, but rather molded to you and comfortable. And it never feels like you are sagging. just a few months in but love it so far. Highly recommend.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of this mattress! From the very first night, we could tell how well made and comfortable it is. It provides the perfect balance of support and softness, and we’ve both been sleeping so much better since getting it. You can really feel the quality in the materials and craftsmanship. We purchased the King size Lux Estate Hybrid Medium and could not be happier! The quality of this mattress is top tier! I definitely feel like we made the right investment with this mattress and I have already recommended it to many others! I can finally get a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or my arm falling asleep.

We had a S & F years ago.. Bought another brand about 10yrs ago and I have been waiting on it to wear out so I could go back to a S & F So far ( 1 month in) it is super comfy.. I have had some issues with pain across my shoulders since we have been sleeping on it.. I am hoping its just my body getting use to it. It is super comfy and soft. We opted for the medium and Maybe should have gotten the firm.. We shall see

As older folks we thought we would treat ourselves and are very impressed with the quality and the comfort of the mattress. We also got the upgrade that allows us to move the mattress head and foot up and down, it also had lumbar comfort and the whole bed is a massage when needed as it had several levels of comfort making it even more usable for us. It also has helped with no backaches in the morning, and we are sleeping far more comfortably. Just wanted to say thank you
