I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a house plant purchased.
Within only 48 hours of bringing the plant into my home, it became clear the specimen was heavily infested. The plant is now covered in thousands of bugs, which have begun to spread to my home and other healthy plants.
As a loyal member, I expect a certain standard of quality and "Member Satisfaction" that was clearly not met here. Due to the severity of the infestation, it is not safe or practical for me to transport this infested soil back into my vehicle to return it to the club.

Buggy Rubber Plant!!

My mom and I spotted this plant and could wait to add it to our other indoor plants. We did not water it the first day. We woke up and all the leaves were yellow and crinkled. Disappointed
