Thriving and low maintenance

I got this palm on sale at our local Sam's and it is doing great.  It was in great shape when I purchased it and I love having indoor plants.  There were a tiny bit of gnats, but I got rid of them with soap/vinegar mixture in a small cup.  These plant are great for adding something special and vibrant in your home and or office.

Our plant was fresh when we got it (Rex Begonia), but each day it continued to dry out, and all the leaves started falling off.  We provided plenty of water, but all research indicated the plan was dyeing due to the lack of humidity.  We purchased a container that would hold water below the plant in hopes that the extra humidity would help it.  However, another we has passed and the plant continues to look dry with dying leaves.

It had a broken branch, and a little wilted on one leaf, but I took it home, and is thriving. A new leaf is about to open. So thankful for sales at Sam's club.

Excited to see it grow!
