It has an amazing taste and not gritty like all the other ones I've tried. I absolutely recommend this protein powder for anyone who works out or just needs the extra protein.

Fruity pebbles flavor isn't too over powering but delicious. I feel full drinking it for a meal. I just mix it with about 6 oz of water and it is done.

I am not a health nut at all but I do care about my overall general health. My doctor has been recommending that I incorporate protein shakes into my diet but finding something with flavor is a tough one.
