[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the powder with milk about 30 minutes prior to a good walk the walk was about 2 hours it felt good because I wasn't really on an empty stomach and I wasn't on a full stomach so my inflammation wasn't bad at all so I highly recommend this product it was good and thanks for sending me three samples as well

I mixed with water and it was good but I bet if you mixed with milk it would taste just like cereal! I do wish it had some vitamins or supplements added into it.

On the flip side, it was Not filling at all. I know it's not really a meal replacement, but compared to other protein shakes I've had, they are much thicker in consistency with the same amount of water and scoop. I can't tell much of a difference of what kind of results this protein shake is offering in just two shakes. I say two, because the second try i used two packs just to make the shake better. I wish it was a few month supply to REALLY give a review.

You get that total childhood nostalgia taste in your mouth of a bowl of fruity pebbles on a weekend morning. Really enjoyed this and appreciate the less than 1 gram of sugar in a serving size. I also did not experience any stomach cramping with this isolate that I sometimes do with other brands. Enjoyed this one!

But this one shook up easily in a shaker bottle. I used almond milk once and regular milk once. Both times, it dissolved easily, and it literally tasted like drinking the leftover milk after a bowl of cereal
