Last night was my first night sleeping on my new Stearns & Foster Mattress and I am already sleeping better. I have severe hip pain on my left side and found that moving around on this new mattress is quite a bit less painful than on my old mattress. I have a Queen 14" Mattress and it is quite heavy to lift when making up the bed.

DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress. The deliverers came to pick it up but they would not take it due to it being "stained." This was supposedly a new mattress paired with a quality mattress protector that I have only had for a couple weeks!! They came to the apartment without a new mattress, had dirty shoes without foot covers on, and dirty gloves. They came in without a purpose to deliver a new mattress. They refused to do the exchange that they promised me due to the stain that I have never seen. I am stuck with this mattress that was 1- sold to me already used or 2- stepped on by the delivery drivers. I have been treated HORRIBLY by customer service when I paid good money for this mattress. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you.

This mattress has a great design, high quality materials for a great nights rest. The supportive inner springs and plush memory foam has me feeling relaxed all night. I definitely love the quality and fabric. I received a free product for my honest opinion.

I actually ordered a less expensive brand, which failed twice to be delivered on time. The store gave me an upgrade of Stearns & Foster! I was very happy about that! I've had this mattress over a month. Best sleep ever. So very comfortable, great support. Thanks, Stearns & Foster for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is extremely comfortable. It is soft and firm at the same time. The pillow top is plush and adds an extra level of comfort to the bed. I have used a sleep number bed for years and never thought I would start from it but this bed has made me rethink that! Love, love, love this mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally wanted to put this in our guest room but it's so comfy I think I want it in my master bedroom instead of my TempurPedic! Perfect medium firmness with the pillow top adding a little extra cushion. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and have had no issues sleeping on my back, side or stomach. I love that it is compatible with an adjustable base as we will be getting that in the future. The only reason I would give it less than 5 stars would be because the price point is pretty high with it being Stearns and Fosters cheapest line but it is definitely worth it! *I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review*

This is the first time he is sleeping through the night and waking with zero pain. I didn't believe it was possible. It's not as soft as I personally like but I sleep very well. I'm so happy that he now can too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past couple years, I've used several other mattresses that haven't given me any support for my body, therefore my quality of sleep has been terrible, needless to say. When I was given the Stearns & Foster Studio Medium Pillowtop Queen Mattress for free, in exchange for my honest review, I was pleased to do so. The mattress was firm but not so much that I couldn't feel the softness of the tufts. I must say I slept very well the first night and noticed a difference in my sleep immediately. I like how thick the mattress is and it works well with the current queen boxspring I already owned. My only complaint is how deep the tufts are in the top of the mattress. I can feel them in certain areas on my body more than others when I lay on the mattress. Overall, I would recommend this product to others and am over-the-top pleased with the mattress.

Found this bed to be quite uncomfortable and painful, which is fine, because I was told I would have a hassle free return. WRONG. I put in my request for a return on 6/26 and still no pick up (and the customer is to pay for shipping so why is it so difficult?)!!!!! I talk with customer service and they are rude and keep pushing out the dates on when to expect a response even though I have repeatedly told them how upset and frustrated I am by this. Hopefully, I can dispute the charge from the bed with the bank because I am pretty sure their return is a scam. Also, they keep saying how slammed they are and it makes you wonder, why so many returns? Better to look elsewhere!

I was not able to test this mattress so I relied on the manufacturer rating to make my purchase decision. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (with a 10 being the most firm), this mattress was rated (by the manufacturer) at a medium comfort level between 4 and 5; however, it feels more like a very firm 8 or 9. Unfortunately, I don't think this unexpected extra firmness will work well for a side sleeper like myself. My advice would be to make sure you can test this mattress yourself and do not rely on the manufacturer's rating to make your purchase decision. My only hope is that, ove time, it will soften enough so I will be able to "comfortably" sleep on my side.
