Good quality works great

I purchased this yesterday and just put it together today. As an engineer, the instructions are abysmal. After a bit, I just followed my own instincts. The instructions aren't clear and the drawings are crude. Many of the major pieces are already connected with the wiring so trying to put them together and avoid entanglements is a chore. As other reviewers have said, this is a 2 person job. A few good points: the wire connections between the major pieces are both labelled and color coded. There is a door in the back that allows you to change the audio mode and volume. And after all is said and done, it does look nice -- 2 stars on assembly, 4.5 on looks. We'll see how it does on Halloween.

The instructions are horrible, but with a little patience, I was able to put this together myself in a couple of hours. The sensor doesn't work, it just goes continuously. I've put it on a timer and turned the volume down. That will have to do. It's kinda cool and won't scare the little kids.

Haven't set it up yet but seen the one in the store. Fast delivery and good price.

Once this tree is together, it's awesome. Mine was broken in the box. I had to ask my neighbor to help me and we made it work with some engineering. I won't be able to disassemble it, but aside from that it's great. I wish it was just made better.

This product was delivered on 10/9/23. It looks good, however, once the motion sensor begins its voice and movement actions, it never shuts off. Although you can lower the volume to keep the noise quiet, you cannot stop the movements without unplugging the tree. I do not want to keep the motor going constantly because I am afraid it will burn out, so we just leave it unplugged for now. Contacted the support number and spoke to a "Carmen" who told me he would look into it and get back to me but never did. Now they are out of stock and it cannot be exchanged for a new one.
