The sound is horrible I had to return it.

Excellent Samsung product.

Brought this home twice and they both had the same power and remote problem everyone else here has mentioned. I paid someone to install thid twice and it stopped working each time as soon as he left. Wish I had seen the reviews before now.

Had to return the item. Sound was less then the TV speakers.

Order came in as expected! Plug and Play was easy set up!

Easy to install and sounds great

We got this connected and it worked about 2 hours then it went of. the only time the remote worked was on the intial setup, we had to keep unplugging the soundbar to get it to connect. We adjusted the t.v. speakers as instructed but it would only stay on for 2 or less hours at a time. I hope you dont make the same mistake I did and not read the reviews before purchase. More problems than its worth. If you purchase this then save your packaging because you will need it! Thank you Sam's Club for standing behind your customers.
