Easy setup

Easy setup! Glad I no longer have to keep adjusting volume between streaming and cable. Just using TV speakers I'd have to raise the volume to 45-50 for cable channels. And go down to 20-25 for streaming. Now i can watch everything around 20. The sound is clearer with the bar.

Nice sound bar unique remote function.

The volume control was difficult to figure out on the remote. So much so the we returned the first one. When we got the replacement, had the same issue. Found that the volume function "toggles" up and down on the remote.

Works OK but is not much better than my TV speakers. Probably not the right model for me and that's on me. I was looking for better/clearer dialog among other things. No real help there.

To increase the dialogue with your soundbar, press the CH LEVEL button on the provided remote until you see VIRTUAL CENTER LEVEL. From here you can adjust the level from -6 to +6 using the UP/DOWN buttons on your remote. Press the SOUND CONTROL button until you see VOICE ENHANCE, press the UP/DOWN buttons to turn this feature on or off. This will allow the soundbar to enhance the dialogue from any content you are watching. I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product. Malfunctioning

I came in and bought the bar sound set it up and it worked it for 30 minutes and went out so I brought it back to the store for an exchange for another one brought it home 15 minutes it play and went out so I believe they always malfunctioning from the factor I didn't purchase another so I wasn't satisfied with that.

Return to store. Power problems. Call Samsung they need send a technician out to my home to try to fix the issue and only had the power bar for 24hrs and only turn it on twice. Second time power itself down in 30 minutes and never turned on again

Awful experience

i purchased a brand new model hw-b43c soundbar with subwoofer. it worked ok for a few hours and then shut down and won't stay on at all. tried resetting numerous times, it'll look ok for a few minutes then cut off again. tried a chat but got no results. going to have to return it.

Stopped working

Im a huge Samsung fan, phone, tablet, tv, computer they are all samsung products. Ive Never had an issue with any samsung products...till now. This soundbar worked great on the first day. It sounded amazing. Then all of a sudden, it stopped working after only 3 days. Did all the troubleshooting, and nothing worked. Im pretty dissapointed to say the least..im returning it to swap it out for another one tomorrow. Hopefully the new one will hold up. But for now its a 1/10.
