It's also a 3 in 1 blend with melatonin 10mg, Vitamin B6, and L-Theanine. I always have a hard time falling asleep every single night so I was excited to try these! I took 2 gummies 30 minutes before bed, then watch TV for 20-30 minutes. I usually toss and turn until I find a comfortable position and fall asleep. But the first night I took these, I turned the TV off and fell right asleep. I slept all night long and got 8 full hour's of sleep. When I woke up, I felt like a whole new person! I felt like I actually got the rest I needed for once, didn't feel tired, I had good energy, and I love that you don't feel groggy! I absolutely love taking these and so does my husband and my 16 year old son. If you're looking for a well rested night of sleep, I highly recommend trying these! You won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nature Made fall asleep faster gummies really do work. You do need to take them an hour before bed, so this is not a quick nighttime option. I took two gummies about an hour before bed, I laid down in bed about 30 minutes after and right about the hour mark I was sleepy and able to fall asleep very quickly. There were no groggy side effects the next day. The only negative was the flavor, there is defiantly a medicine taste vs a berry taste.
