[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally I am not a fan of gummy vitamins or supplements ever since I read that you do not get the full effects due to the gummies getting stuck in your teeth. Saying that, the taste was very aweful and not something I enjoyed taking. I still took awhile to fall asleep and then the product left me very groggy and sluggish feeling in the morning.

As far as their effectiveness, they work pretty well and do help falling asleep, I don't wake up groggy at all so that's a plus, however I don't think they help me fall asleep faster, but overall good product for people who need a little help getting to sleep.

These gummies are working well for me. They don't taste like Medicine like some other gummies I've tried. They aren't bitter. They help me fall asleep usually within 25 minutes and I sleep throughout the night and wake up feeling pretty nice. I haven't felt groggy in the morning while using these. Will continue usage as well!

The cherry flavor is just okay. I do not like taking 2 gummies for the full dosage, especially right before bed. The added vitamins are a plus, but I don't know if this did anything to help me sleep. I experienced nights while taking this the same as if I was not taking this product.

I took two gummies right before bedtime. They worked really well. I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep the entire night. I would definitely recommend these gummies. They also had a really good flavor.

These came along and for grins I thought I'd try it. Flavor good, effectiveness great and price perfect. These give you that warm fuzzy feeling that allows your brain to stop going a mile a minute.
