Our products go through many quality tests to make sure they leave your fabrics smelling clean and fresh every time when used as directed, so this is not what we'd normally expect, and we're grateful you brought this to our attention. It may be helpful to know that the amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of the amount of scent desired, and larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent as the less you use, the less scent. Additionally, super high temps and/or super long dry times in tumble dryers may zap some of the perfume, so we recommend using lower heat and shorter dry times if possible.
