I'm 79 and I eat 2 caramel flavored rice cakes with light peanut butter every morning and have for years.

Contains GMO SOY. Website does not disclose this information. It has it in bold letters on the bottom of the nutrition lable.

The product tastes good but it doesn't stay fresh and the cakes are all broken. I like to spread cream cheese or peanut butter for a snack.
